Refund Policy

Cancellations
 By customer - Any cancellations intended by the customer has to be made before the Admission Registered or Classes Started. Once the Admission Registered or Classes Started, cancellation requests cannot be honoured and refund will not be granted. **We reserve the right to cancel any admissions if we suspect any fraudulent transaction by the customer or if we find any breach in the terms and conditions of use by the customer of this website.
 By Cochin Arts and Communications [CAC] - Cochin Arts and Communications [CAC].is entitled to cancel any orders at any time without having to reason the same. CAC will definitely try to honour the order as much as possible unless for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, CAC will intimate the customer about the cancellation and will refund the amount paid if any.

Returns and Refunds
Classes / services if found uncomfortable, have to be intimated to us immediate after the attending of the 1st Classes. Cochin Arts and Communications [CAC] would then refund the amount paid if any. Cochin Arts and Communications [CAC] will also not be responsible for any damages with regards to this which is beyond the control of the institution.

Late Fee
There is no Late Fee applicable, if same month Fee paid on or before 10th of same Month for Regular Classes or Charged Rs. 100/-.
